Hello there, thanks for stopping by!  Cooking and baking are what I turn to for my creative outlet.  I have a background in engineering and work at a desk job full time, yet I have found that taking time to exercise my right brain is vital. My motto lately is to pursue perfection while embracing imperfection.  I'm a carb enthusiast, yet I do love kale salads too!
